Loony Traffic Cop

I just had to show you this one. After a hot day of boating on Falcon Lake, Manitoba, I managed to get a few shots of a Loon showing off for the camera. It’s hard to shoot hand held with a 500mm lens! I thought you would enjoy these antics, which reminded me of a traffic cop. I do believe this to be a female Loon who has a shorter beak than the male.
