Lean On Me

These two buildings in Dawson City, Yukon are holding each other up. This is caused by the permafrost that has been melting in recent years. The increased ground temperatures have been attributed to warmer climates in the area, thus causing a problem for the buildings that were once built on permanently frozen ground. I loved Dawson City with its old buildings, most of which have been preserved, the gravel streets, and boardwalk sidewalks.
